This land is held in conservation easement by the Hamden Land Conservation Trust.  The property is privately owned and the historic home is owner-occupied. The property is used for conservation purposes and is not available for public access. The parcel consists of 2.53 acres of meadow, wetland, and trees.

Gaylord Mountain Road and West Todd Streets
This land is held in conservation easement by the Hamden Land Conservation Trust. The land is owned by the South Central Regional Water Authority and is not available for public access except by express permission of the company.  It consists of 51 acres or forest, brush, and ledge, suitable for hiking. Join us on one of our hikes on this beautiful property.

Quinnipiac Meadows
This property consists of nine acres of salt meadow, originally four parcels donated by the Mansfield, French, and Castle families in 1973.  This property is located off State St., beyond the rail tracks. It is accessible only by boat and is maintained for conservation purposes only. It is not available to the public.
